Use the custodian that matches the Montgomery County record:
- Court case files: contact the Montgomery County Clerk of Courts or the assigned Magisterial District Court
- Criminal histories and rap sheets: use the Pennsylvania State Police Bureau of Records and Identification
- Booking and county custody records: call Montgomery County Correctional Facility at 610-635-7100
- Official state checks: order PATCH or the subject-only PSP Access and Review product
- Police reports and incident records: contact the agency that wrote the report
- Expungement and limited access: follow the Montgomery County Clerk's filing instructions
