1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site with no government ties. It does not store official criminal records, order official checks, retrieve a file on request, or submit forms for a visitor.

Its content identifies the Montgomery County courts, police departments, correctional facility, Pennsylvania State Police Central Repository, and Pennsylvania State Police Megan's Law Public Website that hold or publish different record types. Some pages also connect to third-party research tools.

Official access remains governed by the Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law, 65 P.S. §§ 67.101 et seq., the judicial branch's public-access rules, and the criminal-history dissemination limits in 18 Pa.C.S. § 9121. Nothing in these terms expands access to a sealed, investigative, juvenile, or otherwise restricted record.

2. Rules for Using This Site

Use is conditioned on an agreement not to:

• Break any federal, state, or local law while using this site
• Use information you find here to stalk, harass, or threaten anyone
• Base hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions on content from this site
• Try to break into our systems or gain access you are not supposed to have
• Run bots, scrapers, or automated tools against our pages
• Do anything that slows the site down or blocks other people from using it

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

No person may use this site or a linked tool to stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or discriminate. Misuse may be criminal. Pennsylvania registry information is supplied for public safety awareness, and 42 Pa.C.S. Chapter 97 limits misuse of material from the Pennsylvania State Police Megan's Law Public Website. It is not permission for confrontation, vigilantism, blacklisting, or discrimination.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and do not create consumer reports, credit reports, or official background checks. Our advertising partners do not offer site tools for applicant, housing, insurance, or credit decisions. Data reached here or through a linked tool may not be used to:

• Decide whether to hire or fire someone
• Screen potential renters or housing applicants
• Judge creditworthiness or set insurance premiums
• Determine who qualifies for licenses, permits, or government programs
• Do anything else that falls under FCRA rules

Any regulated check must be obtained through a lawful official process or a provider that complies with the FCRA; this site cannot supply one.

5. No Legal Advice

Content is not legal advice. General explanations of Montgomery County records cannot determine how a charge, conviction, warrant, expungement, or limited-access rule applies to a specific person. Consult a licensed Pennsylvania attorney for that advice.

6. No Warranties

All content and functions are provided "as is." No warranty is made that:

• The information here is accurate, complete, or current at any given time
• The site will stay up and running without interruptions
• Our pages are free of errors, bugs, or security holes
• Results from our partner search tools will be thorough or accurate

Charges, dispositions, custody, limited-access status, and agency contacts can change. Information may therefore lag or contain a gap. Only the originating Pennsylvania or Montgomery County office can issue an official statement or record.

8. Intellectual Property

Text, graphics, logos, and code belong to Montgomery County Criminal History or its content partners. They may not be copied, distributed, modified, or used to create another work without prior written permission.

9. Limits on Our Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for harm or loss arising from use of this site, reliance on its content, or information obtained from a linked service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims, demands, or proceedings caused by your use of the site or violation of these terms, including related legal fees and costs.

11. Governing Law

Pennsylvania law governs these terms. Any dispute arising from use of the site must be brought in a court located in Pennsylvania.
